Unable to create new page or rename existing page

Hi, I am unable to create a new page or rename an existing page on my hotglue site, I keep getting the below error. This is only a recent problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

hi,

can you try to:
1/ open http://erincrouch.hotglue.me/pages and rename 'about' page giving it some other name
2/ create new 'about' page
3/ attempt to create any other page

can you make new or edit existing pages?

No, I can't seem to rename any existing pages or create a new page (with a different name) I get the same error message as above.

--I've since deleted all other pages (except the start page) as I thought it may have been a storage issue- but no luck--

the issue was fixed.
it is likely that more users were affected.
