Same here ! I have images with buttons that have white background and now when I upload them, they get some sort of random greyish pixels in the white areas (which looks bad).
I've tried and upload images that are currently on the site and they also get the problem while the ones (exact same file) that were uploaded years ago still look perfect. So I also make the conclusion that quality of the uploads have been leveled down. I hope this is temporary or that we get a solution to fix this !
