What happens when you need support on an account issue, then you send a lot of e-mails to help@hotglue.me over weeks and weeks and you are completely ignored by hotglue team? I forgot a password and I can't recover it because the system doesn't recognize any of my email addresses as a possible registry to the account. I'm trying to ask hotglue if they can tell me to which email address my hotglue account is linked to but they simply don't answer me.
