Unable to upload image on fresh install

im setting up a fresh install of hotglue

but i get this error trying to upload a picture

using Ubuntu 18.04 php7.2 php7.2-gd apache2 mod_rewrite

get the same error on php 5.6 7.4 an fpm also . . .

there is a more specific requirements list to do a working installation ?

upload fixed usgin this .user.ini on webroot folder

post_max_size = 128M
upload_max_filesize = 64M
max_execution_time = 120
max_input_time = 240
memory_limit = 512M

now the image its not display , only red square on image ghost border
