Responsiveness and web indexing of a hotglue site

Hi everyone,

I have my own hotglue page and now, a friend of mine wants help for making her own. As she's a professional comedian, she needs it to be visible online (which is not the case for my own page, it doesn't need publicity). So here are two major questions we couldn't solve online :

1. How can we make it so the web indexing robots will find it and put it on top when, for example, one will put her name in a search engine. Is there any robots.txt equivalent on hotglue ?

2. How can we make the page more responsive for smatphones ?
