I donated for another year (24 euros) three days ago to reactivate my domain. But hotglue account home tells me I need to donate, I wrote to the hot glue support email three days ago but I received no answer. In my bank they said that the paid is done but hot glue needs to approve the donation first so I cannot cancel and do it again and meanwhile I already payed successfully and I have my website broken and nobody is answering
