I cant start making the page!

So, I need to create a Hot Glue page for collage and every time I click on create page and it starts asking me to log in non stop, I log in and it asks again and again and again...

change password is not changing anything

we've been experiencing some issues with our accounting system, which might have caused the issues you had.

I have exactly the same problem.

"were you able to change you password and log in?"--> yes.
but then this new opens and there i type in same pasword / username but it just keeps asking.
can't edit.

Having similar issues in which I have to type in the login credentials twice to successfully login.

One issue I noticed as well was that the username login field must all be lower-case. Most modern portal usernames aren't case-sensitive but this one appears to fail if any upper cases are used (even if the username was created with an upper-case).

Should you continue to experience this issue try using Private Window in Firefox or Incognito Window In Chrome!

I am having the same problem, going incognito in Chrome does not work.
